Creative Arts Psychotherapy (626) 623-3111
The content of all therapy sessions is confidential. Verbal information, artwork and written records about a client cannot be shared with another party without the written consent of the client or the client’s legal guardian. Noted exceptions are when there is suspected child or elder abuse or neglect, or when an individual threatens serious harm to self or others.
I am an in-network preferred provider with Blue Shield of California, United Behavioral Health, Optum, Magellan and Horizon, and an out-of-network provider with many other insurance plans. I will be glad to provide you with a receipt to receive out-of-network benefits with your insurance provider. You will need to check with your insurance provider for the details of your coverage. When contacting your provider be sure to ask the following questions:
I will be happy to help you understand your insurance benefits and can speak with your insurance company if needed. Please let me know if you need help with this.
A note about insurance: The benefit of not using your insurance is that your psychotherapy treatment is fully your own and completely confidential. It will be determined by you and I with no restrictions from your insurance company. In addition, a mental health diagnosis will not have to be added to your permanent health records.
Therapy is an investment in yourself. A 50 minute in-office session is $170 and a 50 minute online video session is $185.
I also offer Group Therapy. The cost is $60 per 90 minute session and involves an ongoing commitment to your cohort. Groups vary in length of commitment depending on their focus. See the Groups tab for more information.
I reserve a limited number of appointments available at a reduced rate for those experiencing financial hardship. Please contact me for more information.
Contact me to set up a free 30 minute phone or online consultation.
Payment is due at the time of service and can be paid via cash, check, or credit card.
After our initial meeting, we will schedule a regular time that is reserved just for you. Every effort will be made to reschedule appointments when enough notice is given, however less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge for the missed session.
