For many, group therapy can be more powerful and transformational than individual therapy. At Creative Center, our groups have 4 to 10 members and meet weekly for 90 minutes. We focus on interpersonal learning, support, feedback and connection. Using insight therapy, creativity, vision journeying, intuitive journaling, yoga, mantra, meditation and many other techniques we discover our inner strengths, gain deeper insight and learn to live more authentic lives.

In order to maintain the integrity of the group, we request a three month commitment to your cohort. Groups meet once a week for 90 minutes and the cost is $60 per session. There is a 10% discount if you pay for the full month in advance.
